Built for the pond, not the office
Open it standing at the pond with zero bars and it still shows your ponds — it opens on what it last saw. Anything you enter waits on the phone and saves itself the moment the signal returns. Nothing is lost, nothing is written twice, and the days it waited are filed under the day you wrote them.
Your money, your business
This app doesn't sell you feed, doesn't buy your harvest, and doesn't push you loans. It has one job: your own numbers.
Set a product's price once and every bag you log gets its cost automatically. Every crop closes with what it cost, what it earned, and cost per kg. If something was used without a price, the crop says "at least" instead of pretending the total is complete.
And money stays with the owner: workers log the work and never see a rupee.
One book, everything in it
In kg, bags or tonnes — bag size comes from your own product list. Meal times, medicated feed, and what you mixed in.
Score each tray from "cleaned" to "most left". The scores sit beside each meal, so you can see across days whether the pond is eating.
Your field readings and the lab's sheet on one timeline per pond. Scan the lab report with the camera instead of typing it.
Deaths go in as counts, so survival is a real number — and a sudden jump is raised on the dashboard the same day.
Weigh a sample, enter the average weight. Growth line, biomass and a harvest projection come from your samples — and move when they move.
Product names are checked against the banned-substances list and the official CAA registry. If a label doesn't match, it says so plainly.
Partial harvests with count-per-kg, bycatch kept separate so it never inflates your crop, and a full report card when the crop closes.
Between crops the pond shows its preparation checklist — drain, dry, lime, fill — matched to shrimp or fish, ticked on the day you do it.
Your paper book still counts
Years of records live in paper feed books. Photograph a page and the app reads it into day cards — feed per meal, treatments, notes. An × in the book is understood as a skipped meal. You review every day before anything is saved; nothing enters your records until you confirm it.
Your team, your rules
Give each worker a Worker ID and a PIN — they sign in on any phone, log feed, trays and deaths for only the ponds you assign them, and see the work, never the rupees. Forgot a PIN? You reset it in a moment from Settings.
You can also share a single pond with a partner — they see that pond, not your farm, and whether they see its money is your choice.
Ask about your own ponds
"Why is pond 2 eating less this week?" — the Farm Advisor reads your actual records and answers from them, in your language. It knows how the app works too, so "how do I add a worker?" gets a real answer.
What it won't do: give medicine doses, predict prices, or guarantee outcomes. It says when it doesn't know. Your pond, your decision.
No pretend numbers
Most farm software shows you a good number. This one shows you a true number, and says where it came from.
On your phone and your computer
On a phone it becomes its own icon — full screen, works offline. On a computer it runs in the browser like any site, same account, same data. Ten ponds on a big screen is a pleasure.
